Hi everybody and Happy Monday! Our weekend was Grrrr-ific. Everett and I joined forces with some of our other friends to see Daniel Tiger LIVE on Saturday and he's still talking about it. Read on to hear all of the details.
The event was held at the new(ish) Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. I have heard amazing things about the venue, but hadn't been before this weekend. Well, let me say, it definitely dind't disappoint.
It was gorgeous, inside and out. I felt like I was on a very fancy cruise ship when we were walking down the grand staircase as we were leaving.
Our seats were in the third level and we could see everything. Luckily there were lots and lots of kiddos there, so there was a wonderful family friendly feel.
We went with some of our friends, two of which had kiddos that were born withing weeks of each other. The above picture is of these three 3 years ago on July 4th. Everett was 5 months, Kennedy was almost 4 months and Nathaniel was almost 3 months. My how time flies! They are growing like weeds and we are so excited that they are getting to grow up together.
After dinner, Kennedy's mom, Jill, and I headed to Starbucks for a Venti coffee for me since we had a 2 hour drive to Palatka ahead of us, and a chocolate milk date for the little lovebirds. We really can't get enough of these two together - cutest couple ever.
Sunday was back to the renovation grind and all about our backsplash! I have been so excited about installing subway tile in the kitchen area and let me tell you - it did not disappoint. I will have a full recap in an Inheritance Project update tomorrow, but until then, here are a few sneak peaks!
We got home late last night and were up early this morning. Hopefully we can get caught up on sleep this week before we do it all over again next weekend!

I also have to give a Happy Anniversary shout-out to our friends Lynn and Jay. We had the best time celebrating them 2 years ago and wish we were back on Anna Maria Island right now!
