Hey, hey, hey!
Sooo, the next two pics basically sum up our Saturday:
1. Family run that ended with a nap.
2. Hanging with Aunt Lynnie and Uncle Jason (and Reef) while reading, eating and watching football. Speaking of…can you believe all of the upsets???? Craziness.
It was a pretty perfect day if you ask me (and I think E would agree). We were all hanging with some of our favorite people doing our favoring things…did I mention how much I love the fall?!?!
Sunday morning we headed out in the GLORIOUS fall weather to Green Meadows Petting Farm in Kissimmee. We met our friends Jill, Ryan and Kennedy along with their friends Jamie, Beth and Ella for a fun morning with lots of feathers, fur and fumes (if you catch my drift…ha ha).
With each admission, Green Meadows offers a 2 hour guided tour by one of their farm hands that includes a train and hay ride. October admission also includes a free pumpkin from the pumpkin patch!
Everything at Green Meadows is totally hands on and geared towards the kiddos. From milking a cow to riding a donkey and even corralling ducks, everything is very touchy feely which I know all of our toddlers loved (especially Kennedy – she was a professional duck catcher!).
These two are just too cute together. Jill says she’s saving this one (above) for their wedding video.
As for our menu this week, it’s a pretty good one. Mike is out and about with some of his annual sampling (which translates into some pretty good overtime) so E and I are on our own for a few days, but we will be back to normal this weekend with more football and a Math workshop for me. I hope hump day has treated you well!
