Menu Monday

 

Hi all and Happy Monday!  I am happy to report that Mike and I made it through another week and as of today we are the proud parents of a 1 month old!

 

 

We also go to go out on our first date night since Gransie (my mom) was down to watch Everett for a few hours.  We ended up meeting up with our friends for some drinks (much needed) and dinner.  We headed home around 8 and their night was just starting; how quickly things change!

 

 

We also got a wonderful visit from our dear friends Susie and Denise.  They brought breakfast, funny stories from raising their kids and shoulders for me to cry on (hormones and lack of sleep are tough!).  They also brought E an adorable monogrammed announcement pillow for his nursery – LOVE!  Thanks ladies!

Th: Southwestern Breakfast Quesadillas w/ Home Fries

F:  Cream Cheese Chicken Chili (Crock Pot)

Sa:  Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Su:  Baked Spaghetti w/ Salad
