Good morning and happy Monday everybody!
We spent this weekend celebrating our friend Jill’s 30th birthday! A group of us started out with one of our infamous “Barcycling” tours (Jill got a bike for her birthday), biking around the Thornton Park area of Orlando and ending the day eating at Muchos Tacos and Tequila for some much needed chips and salsa.
As for this week, my mom came into town yesterday and is staying for a few days, so shopping is definitely on the agenda!

W: Sweet and Spicy Skinny Wings* w/ Pasta Salad
Th: Mexican Pizza (meatless)
F: Pesto Tortellini w/ Roasted Green Beans and Balsamic Mushrooms
Sa: Wekiva Island!
Su: Chicken Tetrazzini w/ Roasted Carrots
* Skinny “wings” are just grilled chicken tenderloins bathed in wing sauce. Flavor without the fat!
