I definitely feel spoiled today. No work (MLK, Jr. Day), sleeping in a bit, getting our run checked off this morning, shopping with mom all day (including lunch at Sweet Tomatoes) and yummy leftovers for dinner. It doesn’t get much better than that!
We had a fun weekend (except for the Packers’ loss) just staying around here. We got a few things checked off of our to-do list and got some much needed rest and relaxation.
Before I share this week’s menu, I do have to recap the very exciting things that happened yesterday:
a.) My mom and I made my first Green Bay Packer skirt. We made Florida Gator ones earlier in the season, but I have been itching to get my green and gold on. It is SO ADORABLE!
b.) I had my first Grocery Lane meal order and food delivery! I was so excited and hope to have many, many more! About a week and a half ago I got an email from an old roomie of Mike’s inquiring about my meal delivery services (info found here under meal add-ons with more food options being added soon) and I was ecstatic. She placed her order and I delivered – so fun. Thanks Sasha!
