Menu Monday

Pizza, nachos, tater tots.  Just a few of the things that were munched on this past weekend. 

Mike and I had a blast ringing in the New Year with our friends and celebrating all day yesterday (my abs are sore from laughing so hard), but are ready to get back into the swing of things with our more balanced menu approach.  Back to work, back to normal.

T:  Pan Seared Fish with Grits and Roasted Green Beans

W:  Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

Th: Egg, Cheese and Turkey Sausage Quesadillas w/ Salsa

F:  Mexican Pizza with Salad

Sa: Meatball Subs with Broccoli

Su: Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

 

P.S. - Marathon training starts a week from today!
