Happy Thanksgiving Week!  Thank goodness it's a short work week and fun cooking week!  Mike's mom, Pam, is visiting us from Wisconsin and is in for a culinary extravaganza.  Here's our plan:

M-  Cinnamon Garlic Pork Tenderloin w/ Roasted Green Beans and Creamed Corn

T-  Cuban Burgers with Steak Fries and Salad

W-  Shepherd's Pie (Palatka)

Th-  Thanksgiving Feast (Palatka)

F-  Baked Spaghetti and Salad 

Sa-  Chicken Cordon Blue w/ Wild Rice and Broccoli

Su-  Spicy Sweet Wings and Pasta Salad and Carrots
